We begin by setting an intention, and through a guided dance experience we regulate our nervous system, move energy, get into our bodies, and recalibrate to joy.

Plant Communion journeys are immersions into working with the energy of a specific plant. Designed as guided journeys, participants learn to communicate directly with the plant, learn its language, and apply the wisdom to their lives.
